  • Where is the store based?

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

     

    All sales are final.

    Returns and exchanges can only be made if in the rare event, the item you have received is the incorrect item. The jewelry must be UNWORN!! Makeup products must be UNUSED!!

    Lost and/or Damaged Packages: 
    Please understand that I am not responsible for damaged packages by the postal service once I drop it off. 
    I am not held responsible for lost packages in the mail; once the package is dropped off at the post office, it's out of my hands and now under the responsibility 
    of the Post Office.

    You may purchase INSURANCE at an additional cost (contact me) to protect your package. Only then, any loss or damage that happened can be taken up with the Post office.

    I am not responsible for shipping to the wrong address if I had shipped it to the one listed on the PayPal shipment address / one you provided me with BEFORE shipment.

    If the tracking number on a package states it says "delivered" I am not responsible if you claim you have not received your package. It is YOUR responsibility at this point to contact your local post office. As well as anyone with access to your mail.

     

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

     

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    ♥ALL ORDERS HAVE A 2-4 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME!!♥

    Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of the postal service (delays/holidays). Average is 2-4 business days.
    International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    Tracking numbers are included in all domestic USA ship to addresses. 
    (Internationals must purchase Express shipping if they want a Tracking Number).

     

  • Where's my tracking number?

    If it has been 2-4 business days, you should have received a shipment email, the one your provided on the order, with the tracking number. If you have not gotten it, and it has been over that time, please contact us.
